Maury-Diaz Law, PC is a California transactional law firm founded by Abel Maury-Diaz. Before becoming an attorney, Abel spent nearly a decade in corporate legal departments at publicly traded companies, supporting corporate governance, SEC compliance, and commercial contracts. He founded the firm on a simple idea: small businesses deserve the same discipline and care that public companies receive — at a price and scale that fits.
Abel earned his JD from Southwestern Law School, is admitted to the State Bar of California, and holds the CIPP/US privacy certification. He serves clients in English and Spanish.
